General Policy
No Guaranteed Results: Digital marketing outcomes (e.g., SEO rankings, ad performance) depend on variables beyond our control (e.g., market trends, algorithm changes). We do not guarantee specific results, and refunds are not provided for unmet expectations.
Non-Refundable Fees: All payments for services rendered (e.g., strategy development, ad setup, content creation) are final. Once work begins, refunds are not applicable.
Custom Work: Services like campaign setups, audits, and creatives are bespoke to your business and non-transferable, making them ineligible for refunds.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Cancellation: You may cancel ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers) with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Pre-Paid Plans: Unused portions of pre-paid packages (e.g., 6-month SEO plans) are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

If unsatisfied with our services:

Service-Specific Policies
- SEO/PPC/Social Ads: No refunds for changes in rankings, traffic, or ad performance.
- Content Creation: Revisions are offered for errors on our part, but refunds are not provided.
